Here’s a list of what some farmers are bringing to market:
Batter Up Bakery will be there with biscotti, cookies, brownies, sweet breads, jams, carmelitas, and blueberry grape pie.
Castle Farm will be there with their eggs of both; chicken and duck. They will also have rabbit, whole breakfast sausage, plain ground ground beef, pork ground and pork breakfast sausage, and pasta.
Ceres Farm will be there! With the usual goods, hand-woven rugs, belts, handspun yarn, crocheted + woven purses, hot/cold corn bags, fruit preserves, raw honey (in season), cut fresh flowers (in season) & more of her new pure beeswax candles.
DeGolier’s Maple Products will have their pure maple products such as pure maple syrup, maple vinegar, maple cream, maple sugar candies, and they’ll have maple syrup on tap. Bring your clean glass container back for refill. They voluntarily make buckwheat pancakes for us all!
Fredonia Presbyterian Church will be there with Equal Exchange chocolate, coffee, tea, and more!
Gong Garden will be at the market this Saturday with carrots right out of the dirt, and fresh picked micro green salad and some other greens.
Jentle Creations will be at the market and will have her cards. 🙂
JM Joy Farms will have Eggs, lots of eggs, artisan bread, english walnuts, biscotti and small quilted / sewn items. Possibly carrots & beets.
Roo Haven Farm will have frozen USDA Certified Organic meat chickens and turkey parts; pasture raised Certified Organic pork; ground goat meat; several varieties of gourmet granola (made with organic ingredients); 100% grass fed raw milk cheeses from Milky Way Meadows (Baby Swiss, Colby, Cheddar, Tomme, and Havarti), and tart cherry juice concentrate and dried cherries from Singer Farm Naturals. Rachel Kellogg from Lapp Dairy will be available with samples of vanilla and plain yogurt.
Someday Maybe Farms will offer fresh brown eggs, ground beef, ground pork, pork chops, bacon, Canadian bacon, soup bones, breakfast sausage in links, polish sausage: mild, sweet, & hot. Limited supply of steaks. Aloe plants, Raw Wildlower honey, Fairbanks Maple Syrup, jams & jellies, horseshoe gifts. Come early for best selection! Toboggan Hill Farm will have potatoes, eggs, and pork products (ham steaks, ham roasts, loin roasts, spare ribs, tenderloins, etc.).
